President Museveni orders probe into sh13b gold scam
“In this letter, they give a long story of how hundreds of thousands of dollars were stolen from them by fraudsters whom they later reported to a host of security personnel, Col. Edith Nakalema [State House Investors Protection Unit], Brig. Gen. Henry Isoke [State House Anti-Corruption Unit], Crime Intelligence, Defence Intelligence and Security (DIS), Police, etc. All these have not helped them. One of the suspects is ‘Gen. James’, who turned out to be Ntakirwa,” Museveni said.
