Govt embarks on streamlining inter-ministerial communication

The Government has embarked on streamlining inter-ministerial communications for an effective responsive outlook.
On Tuesday, the minister of ICT & National Guidance, Judith Nabakooba explained that the ongoing move would ensure timely dissemination of information from all ministries, departments, and agencies. (MDAs).
"Government is in the process of integrating e-services. Currently, 12 MDAs are in a pilot phase. Government agencies were not communicating with each other. We shall roll out gradually," Nabakooba explained.
Nabakooba was presenting the Ministry of ICT & National Guidance implementation of NRM Manifesto (2016-2021).
She was making the presentation during the Manifesto Week, conducted at the Office of the President Conference Hall.
Present at the ceremony were Senior ministry officials and the Director of Manifesto Office of the President.
