The Resident City Commissioner (RCC) of Soroti, John Michael Okurut, has assured residents that security arrangements are in place to ensure peaceful, free and fair LC1 elections scheduled for tomorrow.
Okurut says security agencies have been fully deployed and are working closely with the Electoral Commission to guarantee a calm voting process across the city. He warned that anyone who attempts to disrupt the elections will face the law.
