Opposition eulogises former NUP vice-president Mugisha

Leader of the Opposition in Parliament (LOP) Joel Ssenyonyi, who is also Nakawa West NUP MP, took to X, formerly Twitter and said Mugisha was not just a leader, but a mother to them.
