MP’s namesake claims disputed PLE results

The man alleged that the Mbarara City North Member of Parliament (MP), Christopher Bakashaba, used the results to register for examinations at Valley View High School, where he (the lawmaker) later obtained the Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) in 2015 and Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) in 2017. The allegation is part of an election petition filed by Robert Mwesigwa Rukaari, who contested for the Mbarara City North parliamentary seat as an independent after losing the National Resistance Movement (NRM) party flag to Bakashaba.
