CONSTITUENCY: BUYAGA WEST, KAGADI DISTRICT
Tinkasimire was born in 1972 to Elicard and Patricia Rwemera of Busoiga village, Muhorro town council, Kagadi district. He is a former seminarian.

1986: Butumba Primary School
1991: St. John Bosco Seminary for O’ and A’level
1992-1995: Degree in social science from Makerere University
1997: Post-graduate diploma in child psychology from Nairobi University
2001: Master’s in public administration and management.
2006-2011: LLB from Pentecostal Grotius law school
2014: Legal practice from Kigali Law Development Centre
Work experience
1995 - January 2000: Tinkasimire started work with African Evangelistic Enterprise, heading the youth and children programmes and coordinating with the First Lady’s office.
February 2000 - September 2005: Joined Tororo district local government as an administrative officer.
2006 -Todate: Elected Buyaga MP. He served as chairperson presidential affairs committee and Bunyoro parliamentary caucus and is currently the chairperson parliamentary forum on sustainable development goals.
He is the director Kagadi Broadcasting Services, Access Broadcasting Services in Arua, Access Suites Hotel and Properties in Mukono and Tinka Access Pharmaceuticals in Kyaliwajjala and Ggaba.
He is happily married to Sandra and they have seven children.
Tinkasimire is a passionate farmer with various enterprises, such as fish farming, apiary, matooke, goat rearing, poultry and piggery at his country home in Busoiga village, Kagadi district.
