If it were not for God’s grace, Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV would, perhaps, have died before clocking 10 years. Fortunately, his mother, Best Kemigisa, took note of his worrying underlying health condition at an early stage and, therefore, she often hired a taxicab that transported Oyo for health management at Bugolobi Medical Centre in Nakawa owned by Dr Peter Kawanguzi.
