Behind Best Kemigisa’s prolonged struggles

 Muwonge says in April 2018, when Kemigisa was testifying before the Justice Catherine Bamugemereire-led land commission, she claimed that Rugumayo hated her and also hated her late husband, Kaboyo. She further alleged that Rugumayo was involved in a plot meant to overthrow King Oyo and replace him with Prince Happy Kijanangoma.
