Woman cited in Dr Kiggundu’s death faces charge of negligence

“Upon entering the room, I found two half bottles of minute maid juice and water placed on the table, plus HIV testing kits. He requested that we test ourselves before we had sexual intercourse, which we did and had sex for close to 20 minutes,” Mbabazi told investigators.  

Mbabazi noted that when the doctor's heavy breathing persisted, she opted to storm out of the room out of fear.
