Why Mabirizi spent a night in Kitalya Prison and not in police cells

Mabirizi was due to appear in the Court of Appeal today February 22, 2022 to challenge his sentence and warrant of arrest.

Mabirizi is accused of violating a court order issued by Ssekaana in which he was ordered to pay over sh300m for ridiculing High Court Judge Philip Odoki.
