Vision Group's Toto Christmas Festival returns

The Toto Kids Festival 2023 is all set to make a return after a three-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 outbreak. 

Under the theme "Inspiring Young Minds," the festival promises an array of engaging and empowering activities for children aged 5 to 12.

With an estimated attendance of over 10,000 children, the festival is scheduled for December 10 at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel's picturesque gardens.  

Expressing gratitude to the sponsors and partners at Wednesday’s launch held at the Vision Group head offices, Editor-in-Chief Barbara Kaija emphasised the critical role of such collaborations in fostering a fun and educational environment for children.

With brands like Sheraton, Pepsi, Dennan Baby to Kids, and Indomie Instant Noodles on board, the event is expected to provide a platform for children to showcase their talents and entrepreneurial skills. 

Notably, the entrance fee is a nominal sh10,000, while children below one year and two as well as parents will enjoy free entry. The festival will feature various talent competitions such as dance, singing, and poetry, along with a focus on arts and crafts.  

Parents will also have the opportunity to engage in informative sessions covering topics like parenting challenges, adolescent behaviour, and online safety for kids. Charitable activities and specially designed menus by the Sheraton Kampala Hotel are aimed at ensuring a delightful and memorable experience for the children throughout the day.
