Uganda to launch Nile River Basin Commission

The conference is expected to bring together a range of policymakers, technocrats, academicians, practitioners and stakeholders from the Nile Basin countries.

The theme for this year’s forum, according to Dr Florence Grace Adong, the executive director of Nile Basin Initiative, is: “Unveiling a New Era of Co-operation Hinging on Transformative Investment and Environmental Protection in the Nile Basin.” (New Vision/Files)
