Uganda Prisons needs sh97b to feed prisoners, build mini-max jail

A supplementary budget of sh79 billion was provided to take care of arrears that stood at sh158.94 billion as at Financial Year 2022/23, hence leaving a shortfall of sh79.943 billion.
