Uganda needs nuclear for electricity not weapons - President Museveni

Cloizeaux said the International Atomic Energy Agency has come up with recommendations for Uganda to start building and producing nuclear power. 

President Yoweri Museveni has said Uganda, and Africa in general, are interested in nuclear power (electricity) and not nuclear weapons.
