TODAY IN HISTORY: Dr. Samson Kisekka dies in London

Former Uganda Vice-President and Presidential advisor Dr. Samson Kisekka died in London aged 87. Kisekka, who served as Prime Minister from 1986 to 1991 and Vice President from 1991 to 1994. He was laid to rest at his Ttemangalo home in Wakiso on October 31, 1999.
