‘Suspect possessed 261 passports, illegally dealt in yellow fever vaccination cards’

The suspect, whose identity has been withheld by security agencies for fear of jeopardising investigations, is a resident of Orwadai cell in Soroti City East division. Authorities accused the man of illegally dealing in passports, yellow fever vaccination cards and certificates of good conduct.
