SOROTI - The East African Civil Aviation Academy, also known as the Soroti Flying School, in Uganda's eastern district of Soroti, in conducting its second graduation ceremony today (Friday).

As many as 57 students will be awarded diplomas in piloting, aircraft maintenance engineering, as well as flight operations.
Lt Col Ronald Turyamubona, the director of the aviation school, said this is the second formal graduation ceremony to be held in the institution's 52-year history.
