Sections of Kampala Flyover opened to traffic

Traffic from Ggaba road to Mukwano Road will use the underpass section of the new road along the Villa Park area, while traffic from Mukwano Road will use the overpass section of the new road to proceed to Clock Tower and Ggaba Road.
