Regional Parliament sitting in Gulu is in honor of Late Speaker – Among

Among formerly a Deputy Speaker became a full Speaker of Uganda’s Parliament after Oulanyah succumbed to Cancer on March 20th 2022 from Seattle in the United States of America.
