Prosecution, defence clash in Kayanja defamation case

“What do you mean by positive? Why doesn’t counsel ask the witness if they were sodomised? Why is he avoiding it?” Muwaganya wondered. Muwaganya said if the defence’s position is that the ambiguous information given during re-examination was not intended to create an inference that two of the persons examined tested positive for sodomy, then he prayed that this be placed on the court record to avoid any doubt.
