The Opposition in Parliament has paid tribute to former FDC spokesperson Sarah Eperu.

Eperu, who was also Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) leader of the women's league, passed on on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at Life Link Hospital in Kampala where she had been rushed for medical attention.

Leader of Opposition in Parliament Joel Ssenyonyi, while giving his remarks during the unveiling of the Oppositions alternative budget of shillings 43 trillion, asked MPs to observe a moment of silence to remember Eperu for her contribution to the struggle.
