Reporting to Projects Manager - Construction

Duties:

• Arranging for the acquisition and retrieval of records/drawings.

• Liaising with donors and depositors of archive materials from within the Group companies.

• Preparing record keeping systems and procedures for archive research and for the retention or disposal of records.

• Cataloguing collections and managing information and records.

• Advising users on how best to access, use and interpret archives.

• Identifying ways of protecting and preserving records and collections.

Qualifications:

Applicants should be holders of a Bachelor's degree in either Records and Archives Management or Library and Information Science obtained from a recognised University.

Experience:

Applicants should have a minimum of at least 3 (three) years working experience.

Job Title: Panel Beater-II Agric. Workshop (01 post)

Age: 20 years and above

Reporting to Projects Manager - Construction

Duties:

• Helping the Panel Beater I in strengthening bodies of vehicles using appropriate tools as and when required.

• Carrying out arc and gas welding.

• Carrying out panel work and fitting.

• Applying body filler on vehicle bodies and providing smooth finishing for spray painting.

• Repairing and replacing door locks and window mechanisms.

• Keeping the workshop clean and tidy.

• Adhering to the safety, health and environment policy of the company.

Qualifications:

Applicants should be holders of a Craft Certificate in Mechanical Engineering Part II from a recognized Institute.

Experience:

A minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in repairing of vehicle bodies, which have had accidents.

Job Title: Technician - A/C & Refrigerator Electrical (01 post)
Job Ref: 2017.01.190/FY-U-EL-22
Age: 25 years and above

Reporting to the domestic and overhead superintendent

Duties:

• Carrying out planned maintenance and repairs on fridges and air conditioners on the estate.

• Preparing schedules for the servicing and maintenance of air conditioners and fridges

• Keeping accurate records of repairs and maintenance on air conditioners and fridges.

• Adhering to the safety, health and environment policy of the company.

Qualifications:

Applicants should be holders of Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning obtained from a recognised institute.

Experience:

A minimum of three (3) years hands on experience as a refrigeration technician with basic repair and maintenance skills.

Remuneration:

Attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicants for these posts.
