Nakaseke LC1 killers were paid sh4m, five arrested

Initially, the suspects had suggested using gunmen to kill the chairperson, but Kakyenyere paid out sh2m out of the sh4m for Ssebyala's gruesome murder. Later, Police found Ssebyala's body half-buried in a swamp near Wabuloolo village tied with nylon ropes, the eyes had been gouged out, the neck was deeply slit, and the face had multiple cuts on it, packed in a sack.
