Museveni pardons former permanent secretary Lwamafa, 199 others

Museveni pardoned the convicts on August 20, according to a list issued to the media by the Prisons spokesperson Frank Baine.

Museveni has pardoned a total of 200 convicts including former Permanent Secretary Ministry of Public Service, Jimmy Lwamafa (Pictured left), who was convicted alongside two others in 2016.
