Museveni, King Mswati III awarded PAP Global awards

Hajat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, the personal assistant to President Museveni and doubles as the head of the Office of National Chairperson (ONC) of the National Resistance Movement party, received the President's Award, hailing Museveni for protecting Uganda against some Western cultures.
