Vision Group has produced a celebratory magazine capturing President Yoweri Museveni’s life as he turns 80 on Sunday, September 15.

The 120-page magazine, which is inserted in The Weekend Vision (September 14th -15th) this weekend, captures Museveni’s life dedicated to the service of his motherland, Africa and the entire world.

It features personal experiences of Museveni’s close family, friends, contemporaries, students and seasoned public servants who have witnessed firsthand the profound impact of his leadership.

Vision Group’s chief executive officer, Don Wanyama, said in his foreword that Museveni’s journey is one of visionary leadership, driven by an unwavering commitment to fundamental change.

“The stories shared in this magazine reflect how this vision has touched every aspect of Ugandan life, from the family level to the broader social and economic landscape,” he says.

As we celebrate Mzee’s 80th birthday, Wanyama writes, Uganda extends her gratitude for his decades of service and leadership.

“We wish him continued health, strength and vision as he leads our nation into the future. Happy birthday, Mzee.”
