Murdered UCU students’ dean had wedding plans

The deceased’s children, Elijah and Noah, recalled their mother’s last moments when the unknown assailants ended her life. Despite attending the service and laying the wreath on the wife’s casket, Tumwebaze’s children’s father, Matsiko, sat behind like other ordinary mourners and was not given a chance to speak.
