Muhakanizi was a pillar in transforming Kampala, says Musisi

Musisi, the former Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) executive director, said Muhakanizi was one of the most important pillars in Kampala’s transformation in a tweet eulogising the deceased. 

Muhakanizi was on Sunday laid to rest at Karaganda village, Rwamayongo parish in Lyantonde district.
