Masindi Hospital decries inadequate medical supplies

Dr. Musinguzi revealed that when drugs are out of stock, patients are sent to private pharmacies, which overcharge them.  

Kemigisa is among the hundreds of patients who travel from different parts within and outside Masindi to seek medical attention at the district hospital.
