Man arrested for defiling 11-year-old in Rubanda

RUBANDA - Police in Rubanda district have arrested a 26-year-old man, Dismus Ahumuza, for allegedly defiling an 11-year-old girl in Rwembungu Cell, Bubare Town Council.
Reports indicate that on February 17, 2025, at around 5:00 PM, the victim’s mother, Enid Twinamasiko, left her children preparing supper. She returned home at 8:30pm to find them crying, and they revealed that an unidentified man had attacked and defiled the girl.
