Mabirizi advised to seek pardon from judge who jailed him for contempt

The Court of Appeal said there is a need for the Chief Justice to make rules under the Civil Procedure Act to provide for restrictions on litigations by vexatious litigants such as the jailed city lawyer

Lawyer Hassan Male Mabirizi has so far served 6 months of his 18-month sentence.
