LRA war compensation: Victims unhappy with court ruling

According to Wednesday’s court ruling at the ICC headquarters in The Hague in the Netherlands, the judges: Bertram Schmitt, Peter Kovacs and Chang–ho Chung awarded euros 52,429,000 (about shillings 222 billion) in reparations to 49,772 Ongwen’s victims.
