KCB Bank fails to block Tirupati's sh27b loan suit

Tirupati also claimed that KCB Uganda, in January 2017, opened and operated another new dollar current account number 2290351628 in its names without authorisation. 

According to Tirupati, KCB breached a duty to act lawfully, in good faith and in the best interests of it, besides failing to uphold the interest of its clients.
