The Albertine South Police regional spokesperson Julius Allan Hakiza confirmed the incident, saying the man has been arrested to aid in investigations. Hakiza added that he is waiting for a detailed report on the incident, which he will share soon.
Kyekaado LC1 Chairperson Emanuel Akampurira condemned the act.
