Kaberamaido DEO, commercial officer arrested over P7 fees, Emyooga irregularities

Elyebu was arrested on the allegation of charging a fee of 15,000 for the registration of P7 candidates, which Akello says was illegal.

Acting DEO Richard Elyebu and commercial officer David Eyamu were on Monday, March 18, 2024, arrested on the orders of economic monitoring state minister Beatrice Akello Akori.
