How moneylenders are congesting prisons

“You should stop jailing debtors because they are not criminals. As the saying goes, ‘a promise is a debt.’ If it is a debt, it is not a crime. You should not imprison people over debts. Do not take the person to court as a first resort,” Justice Batema warned.
