Health ministry set to vaccinate over 2.6 in Mpigi

The ministry’s permanent secretary, Dr Diana Atwine, said the health workers will move door-to-door and in some areas, they will work with the local leaders and village health teams, who will mobilise people into groups for vaccination.

The health ministry has set 2.6 million as the target number of people to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in the districts of Mpigi, Gomba, Butambala, Wakiso, Kayunga, Buikwe and Mityana.
