Govt to license all artisanal miners - Minister Nankabirwa

Nankabirwa said the Constitution is very clear on who the owner of all the natural resources is and how they can sustainably be exploited for the sake of national development.

Nankabirwa made the remarks on Friday in Busia district during a meeting with artisanal miners under the Tiira Small Scale Miners Association.
