Gov’t responds to aggrieved intern doctors

During the plenary, Gilbert Olanya, the Kilak South Member of Parliament, reminded the House of the medical interns who had not been deployed.

Dr. Joyce Moriku Kaducu, the state minister for education and primary education, on Thursday at Kaunda ground informed Parliament that they are aware that of the 2,860 medical interns across the country who were scheduled to be deployed by the Ministry of Health, 1270 were deployed, leaving 1270 undeployed.
