Former police boss Agasirwe still being probed over kidnap, murder offences — Court
Justice Isaac Muwata of the Criminal Division of the High Court said bail could not be granted while the State pursues several active capital cases against Agasirwe, including charges of murder, kidnapping with intent to murder, aggravated robbery and illicit enrichment.
