Former Moroto Prisons boss Aruho demoted over inmates' escape

According to Byabashaija, Aruho was demoted by the Prisons authority during their meeting that took place on March 15.

Byabashaija last made a reshuffle in the Prisons Service in December last year, in which at least 10 senior officers were transferred, while others were sent on leave. (File Photo)
