Foreign remittances shoot to sh4.4 trillion
According to finance ministry permanent secretary Ramathan Ggoobi, there was also a leap in earnings from coffee with the country getting $1.143m (about sh4.2 trillion) up from sh845m (about sh3.1 trillion).
