The Uganda Police Force’s Criminal Investigations Director (CID), AIGP Tom Magambo, has urged 3,446 Police recruits to prepare to contribute to the country’s prosperity and strategic security.
He made the call on yesterday (January 31, 2025) during a lecture of opportunity to the probationer police constables undergoing a nine-month initial training at the Police Training School in Kabalye, Masindi district.
The ongoing training aims at moulding the recruits aged between 18 and 23 into professionals and dedicated officers.
Magambo, according to a release from Uganda Police Force, emphasised the country’s strategic mission for prosperity, patriotism, regional integration and strategic security.
Rallying the recruits to work toward fulfilling the strategic mission, the CID boss said, “Contribute to the prosperity and strategic security of our motherland by focusing on serving the people.”
