Ex-CID spokesperson Twiine charged with threatening Museveni, Muhoozi

Senior detective Twiine and Mutwe are accused of posting messages attacking President Yoweri Museveni, Chief of Defence Forces Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Speaker of Parliament Anita Among and her deputy Thomas Tayebwa.
