Eng. Silver Mugisha re-appointed as NWSC managing director

Sarah Onyiru, the board member at NWSC mentioned that under Mugisha’s leadership, the corporation has been able to extend access to piped water from 4.5 million to 18 million households which she described as an enormous achievement.
