Death toll in Dokolo crash rises to two
The District Police Commander of Dokolo said eight victims were rushed to Lira Regional Referral Hospital where one passed on and one is still in dangerous condition.
James Oboli, a 72-year-old resident of Alito Camp in Lira City West Division passed on at Lira Regional Referral Hospital some four hours after the accident.
