Court orders DNA testing in ex-minister’s case

Justice Byaruhanga observed that the pain of the respondents’ lack of belonging and identity, as well as living in dire need as they watch their “father’s” estate being put to waste, outweigh the concerns of the applicant, Loumo. 

According to the judge, the paternity test is for the benefit of both parties.
