Court institutes criminal cases against Pastor Bugingo

In the second count, Makula was charged for marrying a person who is already married, contrary to Section 42 of the Marriage Act. 

Pastor Bugingo (L) was represented by lawyer Ronald Ruhinda, who said his client was a law-abiding citizen and therefore, would come to court any time needed.
