Congolese pastor court-martialled over military attire

The accused denied ever committing the offence, which contravenes Sections 158 (1) (2) and (C) of the UPDF Act, Cap 330, and elicits a maximum life imprisonment sentence, upon conviction.

A 62-year-old pastor has been charged and remanded to Kitalya Government prison by the General Court Martial (GCM) on allegations of possessing gazetted military wear.
