He (Akasa) said it is because of “these investors” that the area has been growing rapidly in the past 10 years, which he attributed to their hard work, and selflessness, which led to market satisfaction.
“This is a form of a modern networking that would give enough mileage to the organisations as a way of appreciating, motivating and encouraging them, and the young generation to work hard to develop the region,” he added.
Omar said the awards look at the principal activities of an industry that are pronounced to have made significant achievements in achieving customer satisfaction through their dedication to delivering quality products and services comparable to their international counterparts.
“Our core value is quality. We are recognising these organisations to encourage competition that will promote the importance of quality in services and products,” he said.
The categories included service industries, legal firms, audit or tax firms, medical firms and products from companies, educational institutions and agricultural sector.

“It is today that I am seeing the reason for rapid development in the West Nile. People like you are the invisible forces behind such and it is my wish and prayer that next year we have doubled the numbers celebrating these awards,” he added.
Vijay stated that the awards shouldn’t be a mark of relaxation, but should be a huge challenge to become more innovative, creative and continue the hard work.
“Product quality is a challenge. It is not enough to understand the definitions of customer satisfaction but to look at the things that have influence on customer satisfaction.
To begin with, product quality is one of the main factors that has an influence on customer satisfaction and has a close relationship with the customer’s satisfaction,” he said.
